Do you offer dairy-free options?
Yes! All baked goods except for the scones and dulce de leche madeleines are dairy-free.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! The blondie bites, brownie bites, vanilla madeleines, dulce de leche madeleines, chocolate cake, citrus tea cake and tropical rum cake are all available gluten-free. Stay tuned for more options.
Are any of your products vegan?
Sorry, no. All T Shop baked goods contain eggs, even the dairy-free ones.
Are your products nut-free?
The T Shop baked goods are free of peanuts and tree nuts, but they are made in a kitchen that contains peanuts and tree nuts, as well as milk, gluten, eggs, fish, sesame and soy, which are among the top 9 allergens. Please be in touch if you have any concerns and please inform me when placing an order if you have a food allergy or sensitivity.
Do you do special orders?
Yes! Please get in touch through the website’s contact form or write to info@thetshopbakery.com with your request and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Where are you based?
All T Shop baked goods are made in my home kitchen (Residential Kitchen certified) in Lexington, MA.
How do I receive my order?
The T Shop delivers throughout the Greater Boston Area, Monday through Friday, 10AM—4PM. Orders placed Sunday through Thursday can be delivered within 24 hours. Please indicate when checking out if you have a preferred delivery date. You will receive an email or text when your order is on the way.
How long do your baked goods last?
All T Shop baked goods are made fresh daily. For optimal enjoyment please eat them within 2–3 days. They are best stored at room temperature or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because of the very fresh nature of the products, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out at info@thetshopbakery.com and I’ll do my very best to make it right.
