
Return Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
Purchases made through the Sites may not be returned to The T Shop and are non-refundable. If a product is stale, spoiled, or otherwise defective when you receive such product, or if the product does not match your Order, you may request a credit, in the amount of your purchase price for the product, that may be applied by you to your future purchase of products from us. As all our products are made with fresh ingredients and without preservatives or other additives, they are best consumed within 48 hours after receipt.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Sites at any time and without prior notice. In the event that any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions affect an Order you have already placed and we do not cancel the Order (which we have the right but not the obligation to do), your sole remedy is to cancel the Order or, if you have already received delivery, to seek a credit against a future Order by emailing info@thetshopbakery.com. Products may not be returned to The T Shop. The prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your Device’s display of these product images will always be accurate. Variations in the products displayed on the Sites may be possible as a result of differences in display technologies or other reasons. Unless we expressly provide otherwise, if a product offered on the Sites is not as described or pictured, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to seek a credit against a future Order.
